Is it free to visit the exhibition?

If you register on the website using a promo code, the visit is free of charge. You can also purchase an e-ticket on the website for 600 roubles or buy one at the ticket office on the territory of the exhibition centre for 1000 roubles.

Do I need to print an e-ticket?

No, all you have to do is show the e-ticket on your smartphone screen.

Where can I park my car?

There is no free on-site parking at the Timiryazev Centre. However, visitors may use the city paid parking located on Verkhnyaya Alley. Parking is subject to the tariffs set by Moscow Parking.

Where can I find the programme of events of the exhibition?

The detailed schedule of the programme of events and the list of speakers will be published on the website closer to the date of the exhibition in the section «Business Programme».

Is there free internet access?

Free Wi-Fi access is not available.

Where can I get something to eat at the Timiryazev Centre during the exhibition?

A 250-seat food court and a cosy café are available to visitors at the Timiryazev Centre.

Is there a storage facility at the exhibition where I can leave a box, bag or suitcase?

Yes, contactless automatic storage lockers are available on the premises of the Timiryazev Centre. They can be used to store bags, boxes, and small to medium-sized suitcases. The lockers can accommodate items with approximate dimensions of up to 60×40×40 cm. The system is fully automated – you receive a receipt with a barcode, place your item inside the locker, and close it. It is a convenient and secure solution, allowing you to enjoy the exhibition without carrying extra belongings.

Is there a way to collect information about exhibitors electronically?

For visitors’ convenience, the free LeadFrog app is available at the exhibition – a service designed for quick contact exchange and collecting information about exhibitors’ products. There’s no need to gather business cards or add contact details to your phone manually, and no need to carry around heavy printed catalogues. All information is organised and remains accessible for 14 days after the exhibition.

How do we choose the right “7 Peaks” stand type for us?

We recommend basing your choice on your specific objectives. For example, if your goal is to showcase as much information as possible about your products and company activities using large banners and bold graphics, we suggest choosing Vinson, Townsend, or Kibo. If you plan to display product samples and need showcases included in the standard package, then Denali or Jaya would be suitable options. And if you’re looking for a striking yet minimalistic stand in your company’s colours, consider the Rimo or Jaya types with glass and PVC panels.

Does your company create stand graphics?

No. You will need to prepare the graphic designs yourself or hire an external designer. The layouts must be prepared in accordance with the specifications, which should be confirmed with your technical manager.

How do we determine the required electrical power for my stand?

Simply add up the power consumption of all electrical devices at your stand. These may include exhibits, a water cooler, laptop, LCD screen, etc. Don’t forget to take lighting into account. You can find out the power required for lighting from your stand builder or from your technical manager at MVK if you have ordered stand construction from the exhibition organiser.

How can we organise catering at the stand?

TMCatering holds the exclusive right to provide catering and food services at the Timiryazev Centre. To arrange catering, please contact them in advance to agree on the format (coffee break, business lunch, buffet, etc.), the menu, and the delivery terms to your stand.

Can extension leads be used?

No. The use of extension leads is not permitted.

We have booked raw space. Can your company build a stand based on a custom design?

Yes. You can order an exclusive stand from us, with a design developed specifically for your company. Alternatively, you can choose one of seven custom stand styles from the “7 Peaks” catalogue.

Is it permitted to install your own audio, video, and projection equipment at the stand?

Yes.

Is it permitted to place your own informational materials at the stand, including posters and pop-up

Yes, you may display posters, banners, and pop-up stands at your stand using hooks, clips, or other non-adhesive fixings that do not damage the structure. Self-applied adhesive materials on panels, furniture, or other equipment are not permitted.

Is it permitted to bring your own furniture and household appliances?

You may bring exhibits, household appliances (such as a water cooler or coffee machine), as well as exclusive furniture.
