Section in focus: Vacuum equipment

VacuumTechExpo 2024, which will be held April 9-11, will feature vacuum equipment manufacturers who will introduce their product range to guests. Participating companies will showcase improved technologies and advanced equipment.

• Vacuum pumps. One of the important devices for any system or mechanism, with the help of which the creation of a vacuum environment is realized. Differentiate vacuum pumps: turbomolecular, screw, diaphragm, piston, rotary, water ring, cryogenic, plunger, oil pumping and dry. But in fact, the design characteristics and types of formation of the discharged medium do not distinguish them from each other in generating vacuum or pumping various mixtures of liquids ̶ the main function of vacuum pumps.
• Vacuum fittings ̶ an indispensable element for the creation of a vacuum pump, machine or system, necessary as sealing, connecting, switching, controlling and other parts. The most common types of vacuum fittings are: shut-off valve, bypass system, fittings, flange, influx, outlet, adapter, inlet, etc.
• Vacuum chambers and tanks. These are hermetically sealed vessels inside which various materials are roasted, degassed, sprayed, film coated, processed and melted.
• Sensors and leak detectors. With their help in manual or automatic mode it is possible to control, search, trace, adjust and other manipulations in vacuum systems.
• Oil pumping pumps. Often, production facilities use equipment that is operated only when oil is available. In such production facilities, oil-pumping devices are used to generate high vacuum.
