Roscosmos plans to increase the share of private investments in the industry from 5% to 35% over the next ten years. To achieve this, some state-owned enterprises will be transferred to trust management by private business. The state corporation also aims to capture 28% of the global launch services market, reducing launch costs by more than half.

As part of the national project, it is planned to launch 1,118 satellites into orbit by 2036, including the "Rassvet" constellation for broadband internet.

Experts note the growing business interest in space data, but acknowledge that the market is still developing.
