Ist Vacuum Company will present a thermal vacuum system at VacuumCryoTech

Ist Vacuum Company will present at the VacuumCryoTech exhibition a thermal vacuum system designed for testing products in a vacuum environment and at atmospheric pressure within a temperature range from −70 to +1800 °C.

The system provides a fully automated testing cycle according to a predefined program. The temperature inside the system is maintained by a thermal table equipped with adjustable heating and cooling systems. Heating is carried out by electric heaters mounted beneath the thermal table. Cooling is обеспечивается a dual-circuit refrigeration unit.

The system features a central viewing window for monitoring the process and is also equipped with four mounting ports through which various systems and devices can be introduced into the vacuum chamber.

The pumping system is oil-free: a scroll roughing pump and a turbomolecular pump. The turbomolecular pump is equipped with its own cooling chiller. The ultimate pressure in the chamber is 5 × 10⁻⁴ Pa. The system can also operate with the pumping system switched off (at atmospheric pressure).

Control is carried out using vacuum gauges with a dedicated controller displaying the pressure in the roughing line and in the chamber. The chamber is equipped with an additional port for connecting a leak detector.
