Meet NIITM at VacuumCryoTech

JSC NIITM (Element Group, MOEX: ELMT), a leading Russian developer and manufacturer of specialized technological equipment for the microelectronics industry, will take part in the VacuumCryoTech exhibition!

The company develops and manufactures a wide range of industrial and research technological equipment — systems and cluster solutions based on them for processing wafers up to 300 mm in diameter in the following areas:
• plasma chemical etching;
• chemical vapor deposition;
• physical deposition;
• epitaxial growth;
• gas thermal processing.

The Research Institute of Precision Machine Manufacturing is carrying out a number of promising developments within the framework of the comprehensive program “Development of Electronic Engineering up to 2030.” Among NIITM’s key projects today are: equipment for chemical vapor deposition processes (one system for tungsten deposition, another for SiO₂/SiON/SiONGe); ion implantation equipment and a high-temperature dopant activation system. In 2026, development was launched on a cluster system for aluminum metallization layer deposition using vacuum sputtering on 200 mm wafers. The work is being carried out with the support of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade in close cooperation with JSC NIIME (Element Group, MOEX: ELMT).
