Maximum simplicity and reliability

The system’s operating algorithm is designed to minimize personnel actions and eliminate the influence of the human factor:

1. Loading: The operator places the items sequentially into special holders.
2. Automatic start: The test cycle starts instantly when the holder lid is closed. The system does not require additional commands or button presses.
3. Test cycle: The system independently performs evacuation, tracer gas supply, and mass spectrometric analysis.
4. Unloading: After the test is completed, the operator removes the tested item.

Implementation efficiency

• Reduced labor intensity: The operator performs only the simplest loading/unloading operations.
• Time savings: No need for manual start reduces the duration of each cycle.
• Work quality: The system delivers a verdict.

System performance:

• in high-sensitivity mode — ≥360 tests per hour;
