Pavel, could you tell us a little about your professional background? Which milestones have been the most significant in your development as a specialist?

With pleasure. My professional journey began with a degree in Power Engineering from the National Research University Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MPEI). This provided me with a strong engineering foundation and a solid understanding of physical and technical processes. I then worked in the microelectronics industry, where I gained valuable experience collaborating with government authorities, major industrial enterprises, and industry associations, while also building a strong professional network across the sector.

The next stage of my career involved managing large-scale exhibition projects, launching new events from the ground up, and successfully bringing them to market. This experience shaped my understanding of exhibition projects as complete ecosystems. Today, it is both a great honor and a significant responsibility to lead a project such as VacuumCryoTech. Together with my team, we have a clear strategic goal: to develop the exhibition in line with current industry trends while preserving the best traditions that have been established over decades.

VacuumCryoTech is a highly specialized exhibition that brings together professionals from a complex, high-tech industry. How smooth has your transition into this new field been, and what has been the most interesting aspect of the process?

Thanks to my engineering background and many years of experience in high-tech industries, including microelectronics, my transition into this field has been both natural and seamless.

My primary objective today is not simply to adapt but to consistently implement a strategy aimed at establishing VacuumCryoTech as the leading industry platform. The exhibition should remain a place where science, manufacturing, and government come together, where collaborative projects are initiated, and where decisions are made that shape the future of the entire industry. That is precisely what makes this role both professionally rewarding and intellectually stimulating for me.

How do you envision the future development of the project under your leadership? What new ideas, formats, or initiatives would you like to introduce?

We are looking well into the future. My goal is for VacuumCryoTech to become the industry's premier platform where the technological agenda for the years ahead is shaped. The exhibition should continue to be a place where companies not only showcase their latest developments but also find new customers, sign contracts, and build long-term partnerships.

My objective is to make VacuumCryoTech the meeting point for developers, manufacturers, system integrators, major end users, and government representatives. We aim to create an environment where joint projects are launched, strategic partnerships are formed, and decisions of long-term importance for the industry are made.

What do you consider the top priorities for VacuumCryoTech in the near future?

In the short term, my highest priority is to ensure the continued high quality of the exhibition itself. We must retain the participation of the industry's leading companies while attracting even more key market players.

However, the exhibition is only one part of the equation. Equally important is attracting the right audience—particularly major end users from key sectors. We want to welcome leading companies and corporations from the aerospace industry, industrial manufacturing, microelectronics, energy, defense, and healthcare.

Our goal is to create the conditions that encourage representatives from these industries to actively participate in the conference program, visit the exhibition, and establish partnerships with our exhibitors. Only then can we truly achieve the synergistic effect that defines a successful industry exhibition.

What message would you like to share with the exhibitors, partners, and visitors of VacuumCryoTech?

Dear colleagues,

VacuumCryoTech is much more than just another event on your business calendar. It is a platform where developers meet customers, and manufacturers find reliable partners. Our commitment is to deliver the highest standards of organization while maintaining an open and collaborative environment for dialogue. We warmly invite you to join us.

We look forward to welcoming you at VacuumCryoTech!
